Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all users ("you" or "User") of Vason ("the Service") provided by Vason ("we," "us," or " Vason"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Refund Policy.

Refund Eligibility​

Refunds for subscription fees or charges incurred while using the Service will be considered in accordance with this policy. You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Vason fails to meet the obligations explicitly stated in its Terms of Service.
  • You experience technical issues directly caused by Vason that prevent you from using the Service as intended.

Requesting a Refund​

To request a refund, you must contact Vason's customer support within 14 days of the incident or situation that qualifies you for a refund. Please provide detailed information about the issue, including relevant account details such as email address and evidence of Vason's failure to meet its obligations.

Refund Process​

Once we receive your refund request, we will review the provided information and assess your eligibility. If your request is approved, we will process the refund using the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Refund Amount​

The refund amount will be determined based on the prorated unused portion of your subscription fee for the affected period. Any non-prorated fees or charges, such as third-party transaction fees, may not be eligible for refund.

Non-Refundable Situations​

Vason reserves the right to deny refund requests in the following situations:

  • Your use of the Service violates our Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
  • Technical issues or disruptions are caused by factors beyond Vason's control, such as internet connectivity issues, third-party services, or user equipment.

Changes to the Refund Policy​

Vason reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
