Terms of Service

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms​

Welcome to Vason ("the Service", "we," "us," or "Vason"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Definitions​

  • "Service" refers to the Vason software platform and associated services.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using or accessing the Service.

Use of the Service​

The Service provided by Vason is designed to help user visualize and analyze JSON objects. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Users are responsible for their use of the Service and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Account Creation and Security​

To access the Service, you may need to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify Vason of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

CORS Proxy​

Vason may use its internal Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) proxy service to facilitate functionality pertaining to Vason's HTTP request editor. The CORS proxy service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property​

Vason retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.

Payment and Billing​

Vason offers recurring subscription for accessing premium features. Vason partners with Stripe for secured and simplified billing. Any refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.

Termination​

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Vason. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Privacy and Data Protection​

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Disclaimer of Warranties​

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability​

In no event shall Vason be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Accountability for Content​

The contents of the Vason web pages have been created with the utmost care. However, Vason cannot guarantee the contents' accuracy, completeness or topicality. According to statutory provisions, Vason is furthermore responsible for its own content on these web pages. In this matter, please note that we are not obliged to monitor the transmitted or saved information of third parties, or investigate circumstances pointing to illegal activity. Our obligations to remove or block the use of information under generally applicable laws remain unaffected by this as per §§ 8 to 10 of the Telemedia Act (TMG).

Responsibility for the content of external links (to web pages of third parties) lies solely with the operators of the linked pages. No violations were evident to us at the time of linking. Should any legal infringement become known to us, we will remove the respective link immediately.

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold Vason harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Vason web pages and their contents are subject to German copyright law. Unless expressly permitted by law, every form of utilizing, reproducing or processing works subject to copyright protection on the Service requires the prior consent of the respective owner of the rights. Individual reproductions of a work are only allowed for private use. The materials from these pages are copyrighted and any unauthorized use may violate copyright laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Federal Republic of Germany.

Changes to the Terms of Service​

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
